When to stop your baby from thumb/finger-sucking?

My baby is only a year and 3 months old. Should I already stop him from sucking two of his fingers now? later? or just let him stop doing it on his own?

Though their lines could be really emotionally brutal sometimes, I still can't get over how they can deliver clever jokes with a straight face! My favorite character is Karen! She's just utterly bad and funny at the same time....
