Keep Mobile on Airplane mode while you sleep

I generally keep my phone on airplane mode while I go to sleep at night. I am following this from the past 3 months and have observed a difference. I get a sound sleep now. What's your take on it.

shivangi I agree with the fact that cellphones are one of the major cause for insomania.If u want to get a good sleep u shud keep it at a managable distance.But i don't think it is necessary to keep it on flight mode because u don't know when it is a urgent call.
