it is very hectic to reduce weight .it is indeed a great problem. i had done everything to reduce weight. i had done almost everything like yogas, aerobics, gyming, walking, jogging....even i have eaten medicines and tried sauna...

weight loss becoming a problem

ayushbhatia27 i respect your opinion ..but i think so walking has nothing to do with the reduction of weight..it is done so as to remain fit according to me..

I love to have a job where I can think my own thing, what to do next after one and another, but seems that people said 3 months probation is this stage, but I also feel after confirmation also like that, I don't like this feeling...

ayushbhatia27 i think so you should follow your heart but be rational....this attitude will surely make you successful.....
