How can we manage our time?

Every time I want to manage my time and I put some plans to do. But most of the time I can't even do the half of the things that I planed to do. What do you think we should do to use our time properly?

ravi_080888 i'm also having the same problem..i always plan to do something..but i'll postpone it for some laziness..to prevent this we should have some moral fear and sincerity...if we manage the time properly..we'll defintely become sucessful in our life...
