SageMother Well I think your friend should probably remind these people that they still sat through the course and will not be getting their money back. I am sure they could have asked for help, which could have gone a long way toward easing their confusion.

ElusiveButterfly He may be skilled in technology, but may not have the ability to talk in laymans terms. When I am being trained I will ask questions and if the person is talking in terms that I do not understand I will ask them to tell it in another way. If these people...
