Which do you prefer: a hot or cold shower?

I know, weird question but I just took a shower and realized that I love hot showers (really hot!) but sometimes a nice cold shower really does it for me! Which do you prefer? and Why?

barry08 I prefer to a cold shower cause it make my day fresh! Whatever the weather is cold or hot i love a cold shower every day. and as i observed cold shower help a cold mind also.
