its been a long time that i did not enroll or visit at the gym because i dont want to go alone. but i do walking along within our village with my helper. and also we do dancing at home. its one way of exercising as well right?...

bavneet you enjoy it up to some level but a problem that the kind of equipment you got in a gym you can't find it in a park there is so much different between gym and park you take my advice you just go to gym once and you may get to know the difference between both...
