When a driver hit a dog,if he help the dog in time,the dog can be saved.unfortunately he didn't do anything,the dog die. Should the driver catch by the police?

baywalker yeah!I totaly agree with you.I think the driver could do or should do one thing of the three ways that your description.If the poor dog still died,then the driver should be forgived.
