You know as we go thru life...at some point we all have to ask ourselves is there a hereafter? will I go somewhere nice? lol I personally think there is a G-D and He is a loving G-D. I am curious to hear what others think on...

I just want to share some of the things I found helpful in losing weight. for one thing forget those fads.you wanna be on something that you can stick with easily. mainly i try to eat high fiber foods.cause fiber helps ya...
