How do you get over the sadness that you feel when you thought someone cared for you and they don't.It feels like everything is crumbling away...self esteem..courage to get on and do things has gone...i just feel so very sad.

Becca123 I know things will improve..its just getting my thoughts to believe it too...i will just have to try and get my head round it all....to get my esteem back and be more positive.thanks for reply.

Becca123 no i'm not a school, i'm all grown up, or meant to be. Have cried so much, I know it will get better...I know time heals, but when you're in the thick of it its hard to see the light at the end of the tunnnel....Why do we do it to ourselves..we become so...

Becca123 I've tried to keep busy, I can't face speaking with people at moment because i hurt too much...case of trying to put on a brave face...it just feels so difficult to shake these sad feelings that i have away. thank you for reply..not done this before.
