Should I wait until I have a better page rank to apply for Google AdSense? I thought I might earn more per click from each ad if I had a better page rank. Is this true?

I just opened an account with blogrolling.com. With that I'm able to see which other websites have linked back to me. I like this feature because it tells me who else is helping to promote my blog (believerinbalance.blogspot.com)....
