when your back is itching...

what did you do when your back is itching? or when some parts of your body is itching that you can't reach? did you usually ask for somebody to scratch it for you/ or you do all the effort to do it yourself, like rubbing your back...

benito2 well then you might want to start playing video games or do a craft start drawing if you aren t good practice makes perfect make a card castle or you can meditate. If you have pets play with them
