What do you do when you wake up in the middle of the night?

I tend to watch TV and now I come here to mylot. I mess around with a couple other sites and then I can't go back to sleep. I think I should probably go back to sleep but 2 am I was up and now at 3:44 am I can't fall asleep....

If I am going to give the answer to this question..it is yes for sure..I got angry very soon..I don't know why but it's my nature and I have not control over it.. Anger is not good at all I know and I also try to control over it...

God always do good to everyone..it is said by everyone Honestly..I have lost my faith in God..It is not that i never prayed infront of him..I still want to go to him and pray for everyone success but the things happened with me...

vaishnavi dubey yes i believe...but avoid visiting emples...bcoz i know the are evrywhere...nd we all need a support which is god.if we will run from him we will find ourselves helpless.ur belief is faded but you still do believe tha they are somewhere siting and watching...
