How can you help a hurting friend?

Trials come and go in our lives, wether we like it or not. And when this happen to people close to us how can we show our concern and help

ian1979 We can help our hurting friend by just being there, listen to all of the pain and suffering they feel.. It is important that they'd be able to air everything out, cry it all out.. so that when all the pain is aired and all the tears are drained they would feel...
