Help on using the command prompt

i'm not all that computer savvy and i would like to learn how to use the command prompt. Anyone out there who feels like lending me a hand here. I'm afraid if i type the wrong thing ill delete system 32 or something equally fatal....

I have a Double Eagle g36c and is in bad need of a new one. I dont have that much money to spend on these things so what is a decent AEG that you would reccomend with a price range up to 75$ USD Thanks for the assistance :)
