In our place we are getting rain on April - May months as mango shovers. but the real Monsoon is on June-July when the school opens. So Parents will buy raincoat or umbrella to us to go to school. But we used to play in the rain...

I am hailing from the country of different langauges - India. In my language, Malayalam we call father as "Achan" and "Amma" for Mother.I would like to know about, what do you call Father and Mother in your language?

bkrishna07 oh..great...same here in christian families, they call Pappa, Daddy and Appachan for Father and Mamma Mummy and Ammachi for Mother.
