blackkatdreamer I do not believe that is a good thing... there are studies that say coffee will stunt your growth... He really doesn't like chocolate milk? Interesting child... Also most children hate the taste of coffee he must have an interesting pallette

blackkatdreamer Well since I've been walking about 30-35 minutes everyday and I have cut back on some foods, made it a new years resolution to stop drinking diet pepsi and use my pilates set... I also need to drink more water... I'm glad to hear that your regimen is working...
