The Horse I'm pretty good about exercising and eating well, but once in awhile (like when you tear an ACL) you need a doctor.

I keep getting sucked in to checking the computer "just for a minute" and end up reading and commenting as the minutes and even hours pass by. I've got to have more self control! Do you have that problem?
