bodomgirl i have them in the night too!it is horrible..i feel pain in my chest and i am so worried that something bad is gonna happen...i dont want to take medications too..

bodomgirl my skin change with the weather now it is very dry and i have to try to use a lot of cream to make it wet and good,but it is not easy in winter..
