i am a late riser .is it a problem?i sleep at 3 a.m.i have tried to sleep at 12 a.m.but i cannot.i wake up at 10 a.m.in the morning.how can i improve?tell me.....

dillinger83 I'm exactly the same way and I am currently trying to break this cycle. From what I've read, keeping a strict schedule is most important. This means getting up at the same time every day and also going to bed at roughly the same time. Even on the weekends,...

sunita64 Well my heart cries for those who work hard even then are not able to meet their expenses. But those who are poor due to not working properly my heart does not cry for them.

adela56 yes. you see my province albay has just ben through a disastrous typhoon reming last november..many bacame homeless, hungry. no power supply nor water. money was scarce but you see somehow were pulling it off because lots of people are willng to help not just...

tallpaulno44a I think poverty/hunger/homelessness is one of the biggest problems in today's world. We should do all we can to help poor people. If you can't give money, perhaps you could volunteer some time at a shelter.
