What are the 'Tasks' that appear on MyLot, do you earn money for the too?

What are these tasks as I have a tab for them but it's empty, and I don't know what they're all about. Do you create tasks or does someone send them to you, how do they appear? Can you earn money from the too?

bpyhsiao I don't see anything on the task menu every time I click it. but for some other members, the task menu helps them with their earnings. It is good that they have thought of the task, it helps them and at the same time the members who wants to earn additional...
