Ripped off on ebay

hi there,just want to let you all know if you don't already,I got burnt on Ebay..i sent a money order to a seller and guess what?of course they claim they never received the payment...it was three weeks ago..and even worse i can't...

lifeoriley I went to http://usa.visa.com then click on find a card then click on personal. Then you will see prepaid gift cards. That will tell you about the cards. If you look around on the site you will find a link that you can find out where you can buy one of these...
