BrockLoeven I normally use Keepvid to save Youtube videos that I want to put on my ipod and such.. It is really neat that you can do that and I love seeing my favorite vids on the go!

BrockLoeven For me, the hula hoop is a great way to do exsercise because you are working the hips. I love watching people do a hula hoop for every part of their body because its hilarious!!
