What is this annoying pop-up?!

Every half hour or so, beginning this morning, a little pop-up appears saying "You can now get the new version!" I have no friggin' idea what this is but it wants me to download it. I have tons of protection on my PC and this...

Bruce2 I'm getting the same pop up and it is very annoying. Blue pop up in the bottom right corner of screen with no identifying information on it. It only says... "you can now get the new version!" and asks me to download now. I have 3 anti-virus programs running...
