How many hours a day do you sit on the internet?

I spend almost 10 hours a day surfing and writing on my PC. Right now I am not doing anything so I have the liberty to do that. Are there any ill effects of sitting so long on the internet?

buneeq I work for a telecoms help desk so I am constantly on the net. I would say approx. 7-9 hours a day! WOW LOL..... I don't wear glasses (yet) though. Thanks Rikki
