GayzeStarr Would you be able to talk to your fellow students, and perhaps even start a college club, to collect donations to help the cats? You might start your own trap and release program, and talk to your local veterinarians. See if they would be willing to spay...

ElicBxn an inexpensive cat food would work, but if you really wanted to do right by the cat, if you could catch it and get it fixed, that would be the very best thing you could do for him/her
