when I was tired,I'd like to go to bed for a rest,bed is not only a place for rest,but also a place available for thinking.but sleeping seems to have many disadvantages.What do you think?

Candy056 I have this kind of experience.In order to have a rest,I go to bed,but in contrast,I get more tired after 2-hour-sleeping.
