What if this happens to you?

If your son confess to you that he commit a crime, but it's not known to the authority, will you make him confess his sin to the authority or will you prefer to keep it on both of you, and pretend as if nothing happens?

Health care , hospital, dentist , GP and emergency ... Sometime I have feeling like I don't want go to doctor and waste my time if I can easily go myself to pharmacy and buy paracetamol ... What do you think about this ???...
