My hair is very frustrating!

I have fairly long hair, down the middle of my back, and not only is it thinning but I'm struggling to get it brushed after I wash it. I know that you are not supposed to brush your hair wet, so when do you brush it? I have one of...

caseypurdy Thanks. I do have some split ends and am due for a trimming. I'm going to take this to my hair stylist but I will look for the silk n shine product. Thanks for the adivse, you didn't bore me.

caseypurdy I have somewhat wavy hair. It's very coarse though. What is the hair cuticle coat, I've never heard of it before. And thanks, for the response.

caseypurdy Arizona is the hottest I've ever experienced. 113F in July of 2004. I prefer Ohio's Fall and Winter Months, so it was a little too much for me to handle, I couldn't imagine living there.
