Hi I have been Getting these spells lately. sometimes it almost like I get an attack called a panic attack. its realy scary. sometimes It gets so bad that I have to lay down. for me they last no longer than half our. sometimes...

chad257 Hi Some above have even pointed out the 'the embryo position" sitting down and press knees to chesk for about 5 ,minuts . if you have any attacks try these . this may help you in your panic disorder if you have a painic attack. I hope it helps you too.

chad257 Hi Too I agree with you. I have had trama in the past. I just try to take deep breaths when I feel one coming on. it helps a good deal when I feel an attack coming on. thank you , I will too try the 'the embryo position' when I get one when I am at home....
