Relief for Fibromyalgia

I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and the medications don't seem to give me any relief. Have any suggestions?

chat4cash I have Fibro and I hate it! I find that if you use heat on areas that hurt it helps. But you know with this we hurt all over so I would have to roll my entire body in a heating pad LOL but that is not possible. Hot tubs, hot showers, massages and understanding...
