I don't know whats happening with the world right now..its horrendous.the video was very disturbing..i couldn't even finish watching it..it was very terrible..How could those people ignore that dying child??....and reasoning out...

chillmaik yes i heard about an issue where people become confused if should they help or not in that kinds of situation because it could be a modus operandi and they could make a profit out of it ... I am not negatively generalizing the Chinese ..I am also half...

chillmaik it was in china i saw it on yahoo yesterday..its a brutal video..it was thru their CCTV...it was about a young girl..she was hit by a van and the van just ran away.. then few people passed by the toddler and didn't help..as if they didn't see that dying child...
