How many times do you eat in a day (24 hour period)?

Dentists say 4-5 times is okay. When you answer, you must also count in the SNACK TIMES.

chrisbboy My habit is a bit unhealty. I have 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) PLUS 2-3 snacks a day.
