I am a nursing student, and i had this enormous failing grade in anatomy.I did my best but it just didn't work. How can i tell my parents that i failed one of my subjects?

i badly need to lose weight in two weeks, and i dont have this perfect idea on how to, i can't go to the gym for workout, cause as they said, my arms would get bigger and bigger! uh, and that will be kinda disappointing huh....
