birds nests???

I'm looking for a recipe for birds nests. I got it out of a magazine once and loved it but now I can not find it. They are main with chow mein noodles and I though they had corn syrup in them.

I've never been very good at it I just do not have a tolerance for it at all.

oral fixation

I have such a bad oral fixation that I am costantly putting food in my mouthand I can not stop. Does anyone have any solutions?? It's not to the point where i am morbily obese or anything I just don't sit down to regular meals...
