What will you do if someone makes you feel very sick and angry?

Some people makes you feel happy while others makes you feel sad and angry. How to deal with people who makes you feel very sick and angry and are very aggressive?

cigar37 hey,ajithlal,i'll try to make myself to calm down,not to think more what they done.In addition you can try to running , share music with your best friend,and if you feel so sad ,tell your friends the questions bothering you to make yourself better.
