I have two small boys, 8 and 6...(soon to be 9 and 7) and I cannot believe the poor manners that their friends have. Taking into account that they are young still, I can't help but be discouraged at the fact that so many of them...

At what point does it finally settle in that it is time to do the work and begin the battle to lose those unwanted pounds? Speaking as an overweight adult...who was a chubby child and overweight teenager...I get completely...
