I met and have worked with nice people (females) but the moment they open their mouths it seemed to me that they just can't avoid talking against others in a way that if that person is around he/she wouldn't really like it....

Clover @Janile Hi again. It's a trick to attract customers but the negative impact attached to it makes the job of employees even harder to deal with abusive customers.
