Gina It's hard to say what the best topic is because we all have different interests and skills. If you start a blog with no other intention than earning money, it's going to be hard to maintain it unless you're writing about something that you enjoy.

Curlann @cornyman I agree with you. I have read from other posts here that they get a lot of traffic from Facebook. How do you edit your work? Do you have someone who proofread your articles before you publish them?

Florin Moshan I live in Belgium , so i guess i get also 4.50€ , i can't buy much with it , but maybe one hamburger and a beer at the local fast food place. But it's rather to top up my paypal account , rather then use them in shopping malls or fast food's.

Juliaacv I don't think that its a matter of what this amount will buy, I think that it was a really well received decision that the payout limit has been lowered.

Jaco In South Africa $5 equals to around R80. With R80 I could easily buy a new T-shirt or a secondhand console game. You could also easily buy two breads and two milks for R80.
