How do you overcome your depressed feeling?

People get depressed for various reasons. In case you get depressed for certain reasons, how you do over come it. In case I get depressed for any reasons, I will go to riverside and sit for long time and slowly I would feel better...

crazydog76 my parents didn't know. they were working overseas. i tried to hide it from them as much as i could. when they found out, i had already broken up with him.
