cristi12 Yes there are cross border fees when travelling to a different country than the one your renting from, but usually it's the agent's job to ask if you will be travelling cross-border ( or cross-state in US ) and if such fees apply. :)

I just found out about a program through which you get advertising, and a share of the program's revenue! Naturally, this only works up untill people stop investing in the program, but it being new, I thought it could take a while...

I'm asking this because I was about to buy a car from my uncle, al Renault Laguna Concorde, combi, fabrication 2000, full options, etc. He wanted 4700 Euros for it, including registration (which is about 1200 E here in Romania)....

cristi12 Yeah,in a way, i've lost a little bit of the respect I had for my uncle, after this. I don't show it, of course, but he knows I can't trust him again like this.

cristi12 It's true that a "bug" can affect two people differently. And yes, people do tend to be easily offended if you don't accept a drink from them.

cristi12 Good strategy! :) It can be really hard to refuse someone, they might get the wrong idea by it.
