cruffuffle I like reading non-fiction and news because it takes alot of time to read something (rather than watching) so that I'd feel I'm gaining something from it. I'd rather leave fictions to the movies.

I am such a procrastinator, does anyone have any good tips on staying focused?

I am really good at starting to study and do homework, but after about 20 min, my mind begins to wander, or I think im hungry. I used to eat snacks while i studied to help me focus...but I always gain weight during finals....

cruffuffle I find that if I eat too many times during the day, I get much LESS focused. So I tend to eat only 2 scheduled times a day - that is Lunch & Dinner. If I am doing a large assignment, I down some food so that I won't get hungry later. I feel that eating less...
