I'm new, starting today, and I'm having trouble figuring out how to get my picture as my default picture.. I also don't know where I might find other cool pictures that I may be able to use as I go. I would sure be grateful for...

Hello everyone! This is my first time here. I'm on medical leave from a surgery, and am learning how to do things like this as I heal. I've been reading some posts, and everyone seems really nice here!
