My browser could not connect to a specific website

I have a problem in which I can't access a specific websites a couple of days now. I tried opening other websites but they worked fine except of this one. I tried contacting the admin of that site if they've blocked any IP or ISP...

cs218087 Well it seems like that website blocked your ip. And advice for the future, you NEVER EVER DO THAT TYPE OF POST WITHOUT STATING THE WEBSITE! you will get little help like that. tell me the website and i can help you.
