cyberjoex I do not refresh my desktop because it would slow down my system. Refreshing your desktop adds CPU usage therefore slowing things down. Here's my reference: http://extratopics.com and type "desktop refresh" on the search box to see my point.

cyberjoex I do not refresh my Desktop. It slows things down. Try opening the Task Manager and try to refresh repeatedly (or F5 to repeat faster). You will notice a spike in the CPU Usage. Therefore, it makes the system more busy. I found this article on the internet,...
