being miserable

there was a time that my wheel stayed on the top of the world, but now; it turned out to be on the bottom; i can't do anything to turn it up again, what shall i do?

_Robert_ Dear Katwoj, Life is a very funny thing, it has great ups and dreadful downs, it can be a roller-coaster of a journey, but is always worth the ride. It takes very bad times for us to appreciate the good times, and the bad times always seem to last...
