I woke up this morning feeling really down. I suffer from depression anyway. It's raining outside, which we really need the rain. I guess I just feel lost, I am a stay at home mom, and I feel sometimes I have no life besides that....

dalexisbean You are so right, and I know that on days that I wake up and tell myself it will be a great day, it usually is. I will definatly go out and find the book. Thanks again.

dalexisbean Thanks you for the ideas. I have tried some, we just live in a small area, so sometimes its hard to find others you can feel truly comfortable with.

dalexisbean Sorry, I have no solution. I have the same problem with some tv shows. I am addicted to reality, so I constantly search the tv for something new. Maybe I should read a book, but honestly I don't have time for that to much. It's easier to listen to the tv...

What are you fearful of? If I was to answer that question, I would have to say I am most fearful of anything bad happening to my kids. They are my world and I just do not know if I could go on without having them.

dalexisbean Yeah I can understand that I guess either way you look at it hopefully you will be dead, because being buried alive or burning to death would be pretty bad.

dalexisbean thanks for your response, yeah, I would agree with you on being buried alive. I too have said I will be ashes, instead of laying in a wooden box underground. Instead spread my ashes out on my property where I live.
