stay away from cola

Drank one litre cola last night . Soon bad thing happned. i stayed on my bed trying to fall asleep. One hour passed, two hours passed...... at last ,i fell asleep at 6 am this morning and had to get up at 9 am to work. God knows...

huangdanian198 Yes, maybe you are not a good sleeper in normal times. And this point is just like me. After I drunk the cola or other drinks which contain caffeine, I really can get the insomnia overnight. So, for me, I must remember that not allow me to drink any drinks...
