It breaks my heart. Seems like they're everywhere and the number is growing. Dogs mostly. I hate to see them. Some that have skin diseases, are obviously starving, have been injured whether by human or animal. I look at them and...

darkxfairy I agree 100%. There are many places to place them if you can no longer provide for them. It's bad here, people leave the island & just let the dogs roam free to be hit by cars & die on the streets. There are shelters for a reason & I don't think some people...
