Television puts me to sleep. Most of the time I can't go to sleep without the tv on. Reading seems to keep me awake, though I do love to read. I have to fall asleep to a show I kind of like too, unless I'm really tired or...

dcgigi23 Televison also puts me asleep and keeps me asleep all night long. If someone changes the channel or turns it down I wake right up and need to adjust everything back
